Our Refund Policy
McIlwain Charters and Tours do not offer refunds on any trip due to the costs incurred through ticketing, booking, and prior reservations on nearly all of our trips. However, we do accept, assist, and encourage ticket transfers, but our office staff must be informed of any such transfer at least 24 hours prior to the departing trip.
